Lord knows I hate judicial confirmation battles.

This whole mess was something I predicted way back when the GOP senators were screwing with Clinton's appointees.

I hate the Senate. I hate it. Senate is indeed a good word for it; they're all senex, punch-drunk, appallingly incompetent and ill-suited to the exercise of even enumerated and limited powers. I cringe every time one of these people speaks.
